So my week has been pretty uneventful...
My mother sucks because she obviously doesnt pay attention to any emails I send her.
I told her I was considering joining the Navy reserves, she writes back saying "ohh be careful, if you join the marine reserves you have a good chance of being deployed."
C'mon Marines - Navy big freakin difference its really good to know that even though you dont see your immediate family for years at a time that they really do care about how your knew life is working out...NOT!
So yeah im really considering doing this reserves thing, im just real nervous about actually going and speaking to the recruiter incase they talk me into something I dont want to do...im easily persuaded, especially by cute guys in uniform *drools*
I also am worried it might interfere with my job adn college, WOW i know i take on WAY too much in my life sometimes.
I cant go out to see
Invidia and her band play at Pheonix hill which kinda saddens me but im really not in the socializing mood.
They have a big show next weekend and they'll be filming thier "Live DVD" then, so I hope I can go to that one, just no staying out too late, or drinking alcohol because I have the 10 mile race the next day.
Speaking of Running I get so unmotivated that its hard to stick to training, and I dont like the cold, it scares me so I havent been running outside this year yet, just on my treadmill...but I get bored being in the basement, I wouldnt mind if I had a TV to watch, I have a radio/CD Player I can listen to, but that gets boring realy easy, but if I had a TV, I could watch CSI while I run ohhh that would make me so happy! heh
I just finished running 2 miles then come up to the computer and added a few running communities to my LJ list hoping that it will give me encouragement to keep running/training even once the 10miler and half marathon are over.
Only 4 more weeks and both races will be done

Just be careful and if you still want to sign on the dotted line, ask to attend a weekend drill and talk to some of the E-4s and E-5s in the unit. Youll get a good idea of what youre getting yourself into.
