I need some buddies to help me reach my goals this year, to make sure i do my planned work outs and to spank me when im a bad girl and skip my training.
Now my Goals ??
For the derby every year there is an event called "triple crown of running"
This involves 3 distances races, now before last year Ihad never run a race in my life, but my company wanted volunteers to take part, and I did, and I crossed the finish line on all 3.
This year I want to go above and beyond.
Im not doing it for the company this year, Im doing it for me.
Heres what I need to do...
My first objective, is to take part int he triple crown, PLUS an extra race, the Derby Mini-Marathon.
So instead of 3 races,, this year I'll take part in 4.
the first is a 5k, then a 10k, then a 10 miler, and then the mini-marathon, 13.1 Miles.
The races are 2 weeks apart, with the last one being the marathon, and that is in 108 days.
I also want to improve on my lousy times for last year.
Those results were:-
5k gun time = 43:23 chip time = 39.19
10k gun time = 1:26.10 chip time = 1:21.27
10 miler gun time = 2:11.43 chip time = 2:10.27
So if you think you can push me in the right direction and be my support buddy through this email me or hit me up on one of my messengers.

Maybe offer me some encouragement as to why i need to stick to it.
