Heeee! I saw the Dresden Dolls last night. And met Amanda Palmer. So, that was good. Went with a few of my friends who I never, ever get to see. This too was good, though a couple of 'em seemed a bit... high-strung. This was, mind you, in New Haven, Connecticut, and the first train out was at 4:30 in the morning. So I caught a quick hour of sleep on the train, got myself a biiiiiig coffee, and now I'm preparing to go do a day of studio! Wheee! As sometimes happens when I've gotten very little sleep, I actually feel pretty crappy emotionally, but that's kinda been happening the past couple weeks on and off. There are a lot of things I really truly despise about myself (sometimes) and feel like I can't fix, but I will not go into them here, because my livejournal is not a place for whining! Noooo! (Ha, those of you who have been paying attention know that this is a LIE!) So that is unfortunate. I need someone to tell me I'm pretty. Blah. Also, I keep getting a burning sensation in my stomach. I hope very much it is not an ulcer.
So, in conclusion:
The Dresden Dolls, Helena, Ben and Kitty - good
Depression and ulcers - bad
