I woke up this morning (afternoon, actually) to the sound of someone next door having very enthusiastic sex (with the window open, apparently). Is there anywhere I can go without feeling like I'm the only one not getting it done? surreal

nuria:
I don't know why, but whenever I hear people having sex I get completely creeped out. Maybe it's because my neighbors are gross. whatever
swen:
I think it's ok for other's to have sex even at times when I don't get any. For me it's a sign for the world to still be kind of normal and that not everybody is a stupid nerd like me.

Besides, sex is great but not the only thing important in life. A real true friendship is far more important.

I think sex should be considered much less "sacred" and outstanding. It should be given and taken more casually not only to "the one true love" but also to someone you like and find attractive.

That's all.

More classes, more assignments, more papers to do. But it's fun! And it keeps me busy when I'm not sleeping.

I need some lovin'. frown
ophelia:
school? fun?
I hear ya on the needing lovin' frown
madigan:
I'm not sure what's worse: two jobs or classes, assignments, and papers. Tough call.

I am seriously considering Canada. Winters scare me, though.

Why does the little bird-thing on your profile picture look so familiar?

Two classes have started already both look fairly interesting. Today comes virology and a philosophy course, "Science and Pseudo-science." That should be fun. I've always tried to keep an open mind toward theories and phenomena that the mainstream tends to dismiss.

My girlfriend is awaiting admission to an inpatient ED program. Her BMI is 13. She's 5 feet tall. Draw your own conclusions. frown
swen:
A BMI of 13! That's really serious. I hope she will be admitted fro treatment, soon. Let's all hope she'll profit from that program. I keep my fingers crossed for her!

Virology and philosophy... quite different playgrounds, don't you think? Very interesting choice, how comes?

Have fun studying!

No matter how tall she is, BMI 13 is not good. frown I wish her luck...

And your classes sound cool as hell!

My day:

-- My girlfriend was in the ER for severe nausea, abdominal pain, and dehydration.

-- I have six bags of hot dog buns in my freezer, but no hot dogs.

-- I met a guy from Argentina.

-- I'm going to New York tomorrow.

Praise and glory to the almighty Bell Canada! I have phone service, and hence, Internet service, once again.

The new place is beginning to look like a home. There's food in the fridge, books on the shelves, and clothes in the drawers.

Wish me luck, I'm headed to NYC to visit the family on Thursday. eeek
bigpunkmike:
good luck with NYC. I really wanna go there soon smile
thefuckoffkid:
As long as she wasn't saying "Eat ME and ...."

Speaking of family, good luck! shocked

I woke up from a nap yesterday in the evening to hear rustling sounds coming from my balcony. "Probably the squirrels," I thought, and indeed, I was right. I looked out the window, and saw two bushy tails coming out of a box filled with old newspapers. I thought they were just playing around, until I saw one of them light a cigarette. eeek

Well, ok,...

I'm moving on Sunday. Problem is, I need some help doing it, and the guys I'm trying to hire online don't seem to be working out. Then there's the matter of getting a truck. Every place seems to be sold out. Oh, well, I'm sure it'll all work out well. If anyone wants to help me on Sunday/Monday, please let me know. I'll pay. And...

Space is the final frontier
or so would some opine
but when will we know
the final frontier
is really not Space,
but Time.

Yay, I don't have to take the final exam that was postponed because of the power outage! biggrin They said that students can opt out and use their work from the rest of the term to constitute the final grade. Yes, please!

I'm lying in bed, sleeping peacefully this morning, when I'm woken up by a loud crash. Waking up out of a dream that I recall involved more than one belle femme ( biggrin ), I discover that my mini-blinds have fallen off the window. Figures, I guess, seeing that they were held up by brackets glued to the wall and a broom with a plastic rod...
