So I finally found the reason for my lack of sleep. It twas none other then Creatine. Which I had been using to help build muscle faster. It did alright. But I've been having some wierd side affects to say the least....including not being able to sleep. So for now, I'll load up every OTHER day so I won't feel like Im on crack

I'm not trying to go pro with this. I just want a decent body. See I think the issue here is that NO ONE here has seen a picture of my fat ass from 2.5 years ago. Maybe if you saw a before and after picture you'd think differently.
In regards to the fake boobs comment, I felt it is my priority to become a healthier person. Because of my job I see people who are in their early thirties always saying "I didn't see it coming." I don't want to be one of those people. Plus I have diabetes, hyperlipidemia, colon cancer and melanoma that run in my family. I'll be damned if I just sit back and watch one of the debilitating illnesses plague me. Granted, It's not gaurenteed that I won't have one of the above illnesses, but I can make an honest effort to lessen my likelyhood. And in the process be comfortable with my body. Playgirl anyone?
