Got reinspired by Canberra to do more work on the Hikkikomori piece that I've been cracking at for while now. Still want to go overseas so th it makes more sense, and I can give it a real context, work on the little nuances in the language that I can get translated, but would probably understand better if I could see and watch it interact, but I need to apply for a job there first.
Also showed "True West" by Sam Shepperd to Owyn (best friend). He's been bitching about wanting to get into the arts/acting/anything which could hook him up or get him emotionally closer to any of the females he's attracted (if I'm been a cynical bitch). Fortunately for me I'm male (yep, I'm cynical). Still if he's going to bitch about his desire to get up on stage, and not do anything about it, I thought I should at least offer him the option. He could probably be either Austin or Lee, but the question of course is can he act, at this point in time no, too self-conscious. Way too self-conscious.
Also starting to get the inklings for an improvised piece that starts from the title of one of the many french film that was adopted by hollywood. I changed the numbers and the its subject though (if you can't guess which one it was, well erg to you). Its late. I'm an insomniac and I'm very awake.
