I did my first two bikram yoga classes last week! I love it! I know it's a controversial topic, but the way I feel after class is just too good to deny. It's not only a physical challenge, but it's actually more of a mental challenge in my opinion. I'm looking forward to doing more of it.

I know exactly what you mean about Bikram - it's super intense for the mind and body. I've been a few times, but find it hard to commit because am so time poor.
Might have to get back to it though..you've reminded me of how great it is!
