Life she sure is grand.

I'm at an interesting point, one where I'm challenged to define me, declare who I want at some point to be and what I need to get me there. To have power in my own life, what a novel concept.

Tonight I closed the door on the potential of a relationship that'd been tailing me for way too many years, always the what if?
What a sigh of relief to have answered the question of 'J' to know to the bottom of me that he's not good enough. To make the choice to walk away and not simply fade 'til the next round. My choice is to never be his.
He Doesn't read enough, doesn't think enough, doesn't see art, doesn't see beauty, and can't think logically only in vague cliche.. on and on the list goes, encompassing a lot things that I need, that matter. I Feel so free. I feel as though I've been loyal to me and where I'm headed...where ever that is..
happy chikadee on the verge of a little dance...but maybe in the morning as now it's time for sleep....
