I go to my preferences page and it says that I need to pay but I thought it was supposed to take the money out of my account whenever it is due. So I click on the tab and I try and find out what is going on and it says that it can't find my information...so I could be gone for awhile..anyone who can help, help me please.

no I e-mailed O and everything was fine, my password magically got changed i dunno how and my e-mail was typed incorrectly in their system but things are good now.
