firstly: my apologies for the length of time it has taken to get things sorted. I'm not trying to make excuses but due to my work shift patterns changing, family things and personal things going on, plus trying to communicate with the people leasing us the house, it's been hard to take the time to sort everything out.
So, here is all the information that you'll need:
PLACES:
I have 24 places in total open to either hopefuls or sg's. 12 to stay the week in the house and 12 to attend for the one day. The prices are as follows:
£100= house stay
£77= day stay
PLEASE NOTE!! These are the prices I have worked out to cover the cost of the house. I've tried to make it as cheap and as fair as possible, and also this works out better to divide people in between photographers. Also the house isn't secure until I can pay the full amount (this is what I have been trying to thrash out with the lease company but the house owner isn't budging on this. So I can't book it until everyone has paid).
It's based on a first come first served basis. There was so much interest that I couldn't promise everyone a place. And it was becoming a bit daunting having so much interest from so many gorgeous girls. So I believe this will be fairer due to the high demand.
Also, please don't be upset if you don't secure a place on this shootfest. I'm looking at organising another before the year is out so anyone that can't afford this one, I'll make sure that you're down for the next one.
Lastly, these are non refundable payments, so please be 100% certain you are able to attend before paying. I cannot afford to cover the costs if people decide they can't show.
DATES:
Are as follows: Tuesday 15th July 2014 until Saturday 19th July 2014. I had to change the dates slightly to accommodate my work shifts.

Once your payment has cleared, you'll then be able to contact the photographer of your choice and organise your shoots. Please be aware that certain photographers may ask for payment separate to the payment for the house at their own discretion. This is, after all, their profession.
After that it will be up to you to discuss with the photographers set ideas, places, themes etc.
RULES:
In accordance with the rules of the house, also drawing on my own experiences of past shootfests, I've had to make up a list of rules (I know this all sounds very regimental, but I need to make sure everyone is aware of the rules set in place by the house owners and also what is expected of the attendees.)
*Discretion is advised by all who attend.
* This is NOT a party house, stressed by the lease company. Any damages will have to be paid for by the person who causes the damage. Please be respectful as this is someone else's home (the owners live here through the winter months).
*Smoking inside the house is prohibited. Smoking outside is fine as long as all smokers keep the designated areas clean and tidy.
*models will only be allowed in the house on the days they are shooting. From past experience the houses become crowded if people show up uninvited. If you're coming for the day and you feel like you would like to bring a chaperone, please arrange with me in advance and I'll try and accommodate as best as I can. BE WARNED: they may be asked to be on reflector duty. :p
*all models/photogs are responsible for their own belongings. Anything left behind will be given to the first charity shop I come across on the way home, so please be vigilant with your things.
*A lot of girls have asked if they can come for the weekend if they stay in a hotel. As stated above, you'll only be allowed in the house if you're shooting that day. However, I'm going to try and organise a couple of trips out on certain days so that it frees up space in the house for the models and gives girls who aren't shooting the opportunity to socialise and chill out.
*Please be respectful to all attendees, and neighbours.
*all models will have spaces for 2 shoots.
