It has stopped raining, finally... please do not mistake that for happiness, i love the rain. It makes me wish i was a child again, splashing in the puddles on the way home from oh, ANYWHERE. the feeling of getting caught in the rain with someone you love, kissing in the rain, swimming in the rain in the summer heat. The rain signifies the approach of fall, Halloween, Thanksgiving, hunting, fishing, cold nights and days full of falling leaves and wool socks. BUT, today the rain has stopped falling and the sun has been shining, a much appreciated thing seeing as the wind tore roofing shingles off, and telephone lines down.. It's a great thing to be handy.
