Well I have been given the opportunity to transfer to Las Vegas with the same company doing the same thing but for atleast three bucks more an hour. For face value it sounds good. More pay, lower cost of living. But Im beating my head against the wall trying to decide what I want. There is not a whole lot holding me here. It would be a fresh start, a chance to start over.
The down side, what if I hate it there. Im stuck. Id have a hell of a time moving back. I would be out a job. Current job searches in San Diego have not gone so well. Finding a place to live here would be tough, nobody wants a Rottie as a resident.
Its a risk I don't know if I wanna take. It could work out really well and it could backfire big time.

Live for the moment, even if you hate it you can always move back.
Think about it, even if you do hate it there you will have a cheap place to live and better pay in the interim. Basically the best position there is to move, wherever you want or wait for the perfect place to find in san diego before you move. Even with your rottweiler.
Seriously, you would still be in a better position than 90% of the prospective tennants who live here.
Besides, everyone needs to know someone who lives in vegas, right?
Take the clairemont blvd. EAST 163 exit, and make the very, very first left. It's the japanese hibachi place right after the dennys with a blue roof.
Come to think of it, you work in the area, right?
Seriously, first cerveza is on me, any night you want. It's totally cool. The only night I don't work is friday. Its on Kearney villa Rd. right after Clairemont mesa blvd.
We just opened the new bar tonight, you should check it out.
