I'm so pathetic, I went away for the weekend and i'm still exhausted.
Went to Nottingham to stay with a good friend of mine. The second I got of the train he hurridly ushered me towards a taxi and to go see 65 days of static who were....ok.
We then went to a couple of bars and drank far too much, mostly in one bar with a guy who may possibly have been the best barman in the world. He was about 6 foot, skinny, with a blond quiff, a curly moustache and sunglasses. He rocked my world. And the tequila was cheap. So after much sillyness there we went back to my friends house where he drunkenly tried to teach me to juggle and I drunkenly showed him I could do the splits and nearly injured myself.
Saturday we went into town, which was lovely, cities up north are always so much nicer. Well I think so.
I drank more alcohol, hair of the dog an' all that.
We then watched Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind which was one of the most beautiful films ive ever seen, the cinematograthy is gorgeous and the story/script is excellent, and its such a tempting idea. Made me want to be in love again.
Anyway, i digress. But i'm getting bored now and i'm sure you poor bastards reading this are too. Basically I went to Rock City, drank too much and danced like a fool. I didn't want to come home. But alas, the daily grind calls. Gotta get my monies somewhere.

And eternal sunshine was a film I fell asleep to while visiting my friend in Ireland. It is lovely, and it's done so well. AND it makes you think, which I love in a film.
