I've had the most horrifically girly weekend. I love my girlfriends, but after 24 hours it gets a bit much, i so prefer male company.
Yesterday, I started by getting my hair cut, then went to meet 3 of my nearest and dearest, 2 of whom I hadn't seen in ages so that was nice. We then went and had lunch and within seconds were talking about shoes/men/clothes etc etc. We then did some shopping and ALL spent too much money and ALL whinged that our bums looked big in things.
After this, 2 of the group departed and the 2 of us remaining, went home, watched X factor, cried at how happy/sad people were, had a takeaway, then fely guilty for it, then watched some sappy movie. This morning I woke up feeling guilty about all the money I spent yesterday and I intend to take some things back.
Now all of the above is not normal for me, like I say I love my girlfriends and I love spending time with them, but I prefer to go out with my male friends and act like a fool. It's like as soon as i'm with a bunch of women I become self concious about EVERYTHING I do. It's wierd.
Gah, nevermind, once in a while can't hurt.
