Summer is my favorite season.
I love the sun, how it feels on my skin & the way it soothes me down to my bones.
I love the beach, the crashing of the waves & the sand between my toes.
I love the clear skies with just a few clouds, a sky so blue there’s no question why the ocean reflects it.
I love bikinis, basking & licking your ice cream fast enough before it melts.
I love the birds chirping, the sound of yard work & the site of children enjoying the outdoors.
I love motorcycle engines in the distance, revving as they get closer; enjoying the breeze.
I love the way summer means freedom, the brightness makes you smile, you feel the heat on your skin & warm inside.
Summer is happiness. ☀️💚🙂
