So, I just went outside to bring the washing in off the line because I forgot about it. It was pitch black and I couldn't see where I was going and it's really cold and wet. Plus there's lots of spiders that hang out in the hallway in my building that is on the way to the communal garden where I hang my washing. Despite the fact that I adore horror movies I'm still one big girl's blouse when it comes to the dark and spiders. Washing hanging on a line in the dark in a communal garden is pretty creepy, ya know. Anyway, the point of this story is: the washing wasn't even bloody dry.

Damn this winter weather and it's inability to dry my washing.
