Ok. New complaint. I know I was just bitching, but now I have something new... so there!
I don't understand how I can still be this fat. Today I consumed a total of 1060 calories.
A lean TV dinner for lunch ----------------- 260 calories
A Power C Vitamin Water ----------------- 150 calories
Weight Watcher Chicken creole recipe --- 450 calories
Bowl of Cheerios with Skim Milk ----------- 200 calories
I eat like this every day. I never eat sweets or drink sodas. I eat whole wheat bread and pasta if anything.
I weigh between 103 and 109 depending on time of day and day. My waist is around 25-26. thats ok I guess, I'd really like to take 2 or 3 inches off my waist. My thighs are HUGE, i don't know what to do about that. I'm just so unhappy with how I look. It owuld be ok for just me, as a regular girl. But the site sets me at higer standard. I have to be perfect and i'm not.
I'm going to start diet pills and get back to my 30 minutes on the stair master.
Does anyone know of good pills? I don't want a fat blocker. Carbs are more of a problem for me, tummy fat and the like.

I have to say, when presented with evidence such as this, this, and one of these, it's safe to say that you don't have to worry about being fat, or even imperfect. You look fantastic!
