I feel better now. I'm streching myself too thin though.
At work, my job description is kind of the 10th amendment. Any powers not specifically enumerated to one of my coworkers is mine. That means when something breaks i fix it or call tech. When we do a procedure in the office I go to the ambulatory care center to borrow the equipment, I go the store to get a new cartridge or more lollypops when we run out unexpectedly. If a patient gets to the counter and can't pay, it's my job to try to fix it. In short. It's all me. This would be fine if I was the office manager. I'm not. I get paid less than every other full time employee. I'm also expected to manage the two part timers, again, for less pay than anyone else. Every day.
School. Like most of us here on SG i'm artsy. I love philosophy and literature and art but due to the fun of college requirments I am taking Biology and Trig this semester along with and ethics class that is easy. But the Bio class... I just spent the first 30 minutes of class listening to him complain that he had been reported to the dean because everyone was failing. I have an A only because I had to get other sources to study. He's an awful teacher. The class is hard as hell. Trig is hellish of course and i'm scraping by on staying up all night studying.
My mother is furious that i'm moving back out in a few months because shes kind of crazy. So shes made being home difficult. The usual screaming constantly over nothing.
I'm scrambling to get everything together financially in the next six months so that i can get out ok. I have a mountain of credit card debt i've been scraping at for a year now but theres enough left to worry me constantly.
I'm trying to get some side modeling work to make extra cash to put towards my debt. It's hard as hell to find your work and schedule things and filter out the creeps, especially since i have to hide all of this from my mother.
All put together I am exhausted.
