went to the gym again!!! that's twice in one week.
I feel accomplished lol
trying to make this a habit.
no zumba today though.
we hit that shit hard.
went tanning, then the elliptical, then to some ab thingys, and then to the treadmill
needless to say my whole body hurts now
and then I came home and ate ramen noodles.
wasn't really sure what to eat that wouldn't really rule out the fact that I worked out haha
any suggestions?
I normally start my day with a banana and all my vitamins
then I get a coffee before work. then I drink a slim fast so im not eating like a crazy person all day.
then Ill drink water the rest of the time there and maybe have a bowl of veggies.
not really trying to lose weight...just get toned and healthy!!!

The best time to eat is after a workout period. High protein is best, the body uses protein to build muscle and it also uses more energy to break it down. Thats why you see all the protein waters and drinks everywhere. wink

If your going to eat late choose something high in protein, since it takes more energy to break it down, you can actually burn calories while sleeping, peanut butter and whole grain or wheat toast is a great healthy snack as well. . .
