Woo hoo! Hello two days off. The job is going well. Today was a good day and I have worked a ton but it really hasn't been bad. They seem to be happy with my work and everyone seems to be getting used to me being around. Tonight I was the "oh shit gut" when ever someone ran out of something I ran back and made more. It was really busy so eventually I ended up just staying in the back prepping the whole time. Everything went smoothly and I was able to do some of the inventory while I was back there so I was able to get out at a decent time.
We finally got our new mattress and it is blissful. It took forever to ship but is well worth the wait. This is our first memory foam mattress and it is sweet. It was only $500 so we will see how long it lasts but I am psyched to be sleeping in comfort for the first time in a while. I woke to the sound of the girls playing "rocket ship" in the box this morning. They cut out a cockpit window hole and colored it , wrote NASA on it and named it after the Ziz. It was cute but very loud.
The wife is watching "Body Heat" for the first time. I wore it out in Jr. high so I am just chilling here. Now I am off to wander through SGland.
