I have to get rid of that blog because it keeps getting the chocolate cake song in my head. Sorry if your shared that pain. It was such a gorgeous day all day and it didn't hit 90 so it was tolerable to be outside, I even drove home with the windows down. I got home in time to play with the girls a bit before bed time. I wouldn't be opposed to playing with the wife a bit before bed time but she seems to be involved in some interstate phone drama this evening.
One bummer this week is that we got denied our refi on the house. For once our credit was good and our bills were paid and we got screwed on the appraisal and came up worth 5000 less than we owe. So close but not fixable for lack of 5 grand. You would think that five years of on time payment and no missed payments would count for something. If we were missing payments they would make us a deal but it seems to not be paying to do the right thing in this case. I knew the house would have lost value in this market but I thought a new roof and insulation would help that but it didn't make up much. I am a bit disgruntled. Oh well we will try again later.
