so it's been over a year since I posted on SG... Took a break from it now I'm back... So my life has changed a lot in that year... Got out of a long and unhealthy relationship.... Got a new job (opened a brand new restaurant ) ... Got a new car... All in all a lot of good changes.. Here are some snap shots of my last year....
Went to Charleston to stage at different restaurants, searched high and low until I found some genesee down there.
Here she is... My first Executive Chef job... It's been a scary yet exciting experience so far.
Went to NYC 3 times in October... Ate and drank my way all over this city.
Got my first perfect write up in the news paper
Pickled a lot of vegetables this season.
