two days ago my pickup truck decided to make a random act of violence to me by ripping out my earing right from my ear!!!!!!!!!!! Luckily it didn't split the ear lobe. I was very concerned that i would have to have it sewn back on again.
Yes i said it AGAIN! about 9 years ago when i was finishing up college one of my friends pit bulls decided that my ear tasted delicious and began to lick the side of my face and got her tooth caught in the closed loop of my earing... Given the size of the gage I figured that helped prevent the lobe from ripping the earing out but didn't prevent the lobe from separating from my head. The doctor in the ER was very kind and sewed my ear lobe back on with the earring still intact.
So back to present day. I was jumping into my truck from a event install site it happened to be very windy and the door to my truck closed on me... I quickly jumped out of the way only to have the open hoop on my earring catch on the top of my truck door ripping it right from my ear. The pain was slight almost nothing but then i realized that my earring was missing (landed about 20 feet away) and was stretched almost straight!!!! Again the lobe stayed intact but the hole has been increased slightly violently... I was thinking about gaging up but not this way.
