Anyone know how I can memorize "Excel" in the next 11 hours?
I am taking a test tomorrow morning in order to officially be offered the new job. The entire test is on Excel, but I have never in my life used that program. Yes, I have known for a week that I would be taking this test. Yes, I have both the 2003, and 2007 versions of Excel. Yes, I am an ass that digs my own graves. Hate me for it, I dare you. You can't, can you?
Apparently this test is so hard, that you only need to get a 30% to pass, and it's 120 questions. Thankfully, if I fail, I can re-take it. SO I REPEAT! Any study tips??? My friend said that it's multiple choice, and it's mostly all on the menu's... I was thinking flash cards? Fuck, this is going to suck reeeeeally bad.
On a WAY better note, ME AND PETE LEAVE FOR COLUMBUS TOMORROW! I am going to miss the little one like fucking mad, but it will be nice to get away with the dude for a bit. PLUS, we are going there for Ohayocon! My very first anime convention, and I am so stoked! I read the entire program today in order to get myself all pumped up.
Next topic. I am making a cake for my friends wedding next week. I am planning to do a wood grain looking finish on it with chocolate, but I have never done it before (brilliant of me to promise, I know). Anyone have any suggestions? I watched something on youtube about how to do it, and I think I can manage, but advice is always much appreciated. I am going to make a practice one earlier in the week, so I don't completely screw up their wedding....
Ok, I think it's time to go kick me da off the computer and get some much needed practice in.
G'night all

Probably a bit late now, but if it's in 2007 and multiple choice then the main thing would be to memorise the main ribbon bar sections, and then their contents. That should hopefully give you a reasonable chance of being able to work out (if you don't definitely know) any questions relating to "where would you find", and quite a few "how would you do x". How did you do in the end? Pass hopefully.
