We have a huge house built in 1926. The room is the master bedroom, it faces the street its huge and has 2 big walk in closets and tons of storage space between the built INS in hallway and the basement,.
All utilities are include in the rent , cable with ShowTime and hbo, dsl with wireless , huge living room with a lcd TV and fireplace , a separated garage if you have a car you can park there . washer dryer in the basement , computer room /den.
The dining room is set up as a photographer studio, one roommate me, Chazz is a photographer, Glen the other roommate is a bar back and performs in a comedy troupe. We are both laid back mellow guys that want a female roomie to balance out the energy in the house, someone who is clean, will help around the house and keep things clean and get along us well.
We party a little, but nothing harder than booze, sometimes we get loud but rarely so, if we are you can always come join us that than yell at us to pipe down or yeah you can do that ha-ha. over all its a rad house and want some thats not a drama queen that live here with us. Or someone that isnt going to lock themselves in their room and never come out. It would be really nice to share a meal now and then
Big plus if youre a photographer or studio of it and can utilize the studio, we have set up. We are both about community and helping each other out.
move in cost is 550 + 550 plus 300 cleaning deposit + 1400 total
