Well.

I don't know if it even made the news where you are but I live in Australia's 3rd biggest city Brisbane and we suffered from some monster floods last week. It pretty much shut the city down for 4 or 5 days and it's going to take a long long time for everything to get back to normal.

Luckily for me and my flatmates, our house is on a slight hill in the suburb of Paddington, but two streets away it turned into lakeville.







Our practice room is in a place called Kennards and we can't get to it as the bottom floor is full of mud and shite but luckily for us the gear's on the 2nd floor..

Apparently there's 11,900 houses that were completely submerged which is a bit hard to imagine really.

We lost power for 3 days.

The only good thing to come out of it was we've inherited a little cat who came wandering in and doesn't seem to want to wander away again. She's probably about 7 months old but is tiny as.

I'll post some pics of her when I've taken a few.

Hope you're doing better than Brisbane is.
