ok heres the deal:
i'm looking to shape up a bit, i'm not looking to loose my ladylumps or anything like that but since working back in an office sitting down all day my belly and thighs are starting to not look so good..
has anyone got any good meal ideas/recipes or work out tips?

anyway...that sucks you had to take it out. i just got a new job where i can have peircings! (YAY) so i am gonna get an: anti eyebrow on my left eye, my monroe on the right again (like in the officer set) and my labret. and then i am gonna get dermal anchors on all of my knuckles on both hands. which i think will be bad ass!
anyways...
