Three random facts about me:

1) I now have nearly 200 toilet roll middles in my cupboard which are intended to be used as props in a photo.

2) I am excellent at pretending to know how to speak French.

3) I love carrot cake.

I bought a light meter. This makes me VERY happy. Who said buying stuff doesn't make you happy? They clearly haven't considered the benefits of incident over reflective light measurement

I am hung over and I burnt my tongue on some random pasta I made when I got back but I had a lot of fun last night. I'm supposed to be going to the gym at some point today but I'm still in bed

I had my assessment for a promotion at work today, it involved a presentation and a role play exercise. I know the presentation went well, I wasn't so sure about the roleplay...

I had a phone call about half an hour ago to tell me I got the promotion. I AM VERY HAPPY!
