So, I am already really into fitness, but as of late I have found even more reason to make sure I get some cardio in as many days as possible. I don't know if its the pants I wear or that my body is just getting sensitive to different things, but almost every time I work out, cycling, running, weights, pretty much anything that gets my heart rate up, I have the big "O". It's friggin awesome outside the fact that it makes it hard to keep going after it happens, hehe! I don't smoke, but I sure feel like a ciggy after working out now a days, I'm just saying.
