I went to the grocery store this morning. Picked up some olive oil, lettuce, carrots, mushrooms, cream cheese, a couple pounds of hamburger, a baguette, and 4l of milk.
Making burgers tonight (those of you who were at the big loft party, or at any of our bbqs, know what kind of burger I mean)
Yes: the heart attack smack jack burger!
Mix ground beef with minced onion, garlic, eggs, ketchup, fresh chopped herbs from the garden, and just enough breadcrumbs to make the burgers hold together.
Form them into patties 3cm thick, and as big across as your palm. Cook em slow on the bbq over med heat...let em sit there and just sizzle...
Meanwhile, fry up a bunch of mushrooms, a bunch of bacon, slice fresh tomatoes, and trim perfect pieces of lettuce.
spread huge chunky kaiser rolls with cream cheese, stone ground mustard, and (if you're a heathen) watermelon pickle relish.
pile all these ingredients onto the bun.
Eat. Feel arteries become hard and unyielding.
Oh yeah, serve with home made french fries dipped in hot chili mayo...
You may have noticed that the carrots appear nowhere in the description: That's cause I only bought them to assuage feelings of dietary guilt.
So now you know how i can ride a bike for 400-600k in a week and still weigh 220lbs.
