So a few of my ADD ridden friends have recently embarked on a horribly poorly planned 10-day trip to Iceland. Pray for them, they're going to need it.
It seems that, due to scheduling conflicts with work (deli), work (Volunteer Fire Department), training (VFD) and school I can only realistically do at most three of four at any given time. Therefore, because the VFD may be my "free ticket" (or at least large discount ticket) through college, it seems my previously planned return to the wonderful world of MC is going to have to wait until I can get training for the VFD out of the way.
That is all.
[EDIT] HOLY FUCK! AC! SO GOOD! Okay yeah... the AC has been dead in the house for a few weeks, it wasn't that bad, really, just annoying because of the humidity. Someone came to fix it today, and it's awesome. I'm surprised there isn't a stain on any of the furniture from sweat. As for the these warnings about extreme temperatures and heat waves and stuff that've been going around, whoever's in charge of those is a pansy. Sure you sweat by the bucketful, but if you're that worried about it, carry a bottle of Gatorade around with you. If someone is actually so out of shape that this weather puts them in the hospital or something, all I have to say is "natural selection".
