I saw a few more local bands tonight with R and CC. Jam band stuff, far different from Thursday night's crop of talent. The drummer for one band is a childhood friend of mine. Strange the way people find their way back near to your life, and even stranger when they still recognize you. Or maybe not, if you're still a skinny white boy. It's a small town.
I still haven't read most of my stack of new comics. I'm DYING to get into the two Tank Girl collections I just got. I need to stop crushing on fictional characters. Especially ones like Spider Jerusalem. Or Nicole Corwin. Or Sexy Randall The Pharoah Wizard.
I wrote Amelie an e-mail. Isn't that exciting? Yeah, shut up.
"The air in Arizona is cleaner than a Nazi kitchen, yet they find something to complain about every 9 minutes."
Oh, Amelie... If you keep talking to me like that...

Hi, boo. Once my sis and I saw a parked car with a bumper sticker that said, "No fat chicks. Car will scrape." and my sis threw her milkshake at it. It was funny for a second, but then it was like, "Damn. We better get you another milkshake, girl."
