Homework time @rambo, @lyxzen and @missy Id like you to meet my Best Friends...
Its not fitting to wrote about one special lady, because honestly, there's actually 2...
First up, Id like you to meet Sharni. <3
I met Sharni in 2009. I managed to find work in a bar and thats where I met Sharni. There was a group of 7 of us and all girls that worked at the bar called O'Malley's. So we got called 'The O'Malley's Girls'. Sharni and I would always hangout in the group but we never hung out just the 2 of us. In 2013 when I moved to Brisbane I invited a lot of my friends to my 26th birthday and when the day finally came everyone cancelled. My birthday is the 21st of December so no one ever really comes, they always have Christmas plans. Sharni was the only friend that came to my birthday that year and when we were getting ready for the night we finally figured out that this was the first time we'd hung out, just the 2 of us. I hold that birthday as one of the best birthdays Ive ever had! It was just the 2 of us and all night, I couldn't take the smile off my face. Since then, this girl, is one of my soul mates. Its funny to explain the way I feel about her, but I crave to hang out wth her. Sharni is hilarious, optimistic, charismatic, uplifting, incredibly beautiful, has the funniest laugh I've ever heard, sassy, strong, independant and we love/hate the same things, have the same humour which makes our friendship so amazing! We may not talk every day, but when we're together I'm so consumed with her presence that I forget about checking my phone. Sharni is one of the only people that can make me do that, which at times is a shame, cause I want more photos of us together. No matter what kind of situation I'm in I know Sharni always has my back. Will always help me out> And instead of holding my bag while i do something stupid, Sharni will be right next to me saying 'So, what are we doing now?'. There's never a dull moment and there never will be. Sharni cracks me up till my sides hurt and my face is sore from laughing. Travelling with this girl next year is going to be an epic adventure!! <3
Now, Id like to you to meet Jess. <3
I met Jess when I was in high school in 2004. I was a senior which is grade 12 and Jess was a Junior in grade 8. Jess and I have one of the oldest friendships out of all of my friends. After school we were inseparable. Parties, driving somewhere, watching endless movies from her mums collection of dvds, wasting time on VampireFreaks and Myspace and eating. We've had the most amazing times together and then some of the most hardest times together where in our teenage years there were some moments where I didn't know if our friendship would last. Thankfully, it did and this girl is one of the very, very few who knows all me inside out and I will be forever grateful to have her in my life till the end of time. A lot of people through our teenage years couldn't believe that we were best friends for how much of an age difference there is between us. This girl has the other half of my soul. Jess is incredibly beautiful, has the best butt I have ever seen, hilarious, a complete idiot, says the daftest things sometimes, stern, encouraging, driven, extremely independent and wise beyond her years. When ever I have a problem, no matter how small or gigantic, her words of wisdom always set me straight. One of the best things about Jess and one of my most favourite things, is whenever I ask her opinion on something, Jess is never scared to tell me the truth. Even if it hurts. But its always constructive criticism. I stumble across letters that we used to send each other, even though we lived a couple of blocks away from each other at one point. Jess has defiantly helped me to be the confident and out going person that I am today and I will never be able to thank her enough for that. <3
With both of these ladies in my life till the very end, I must be doing something right and damn I feel pretty fucking lucky. <3
