So yeah. This happened yesterday....
I love her! First tattoo in over a year, I'd almost forgotten how they felt... First time having colour too
It was done by Jamie, who works at the shop I'm apprenticing at. If any of you fellow brits can make it down to get some work done, you should - you won't regret it! These guys produce awesome work every day and I'm so proud to be given the opportunity to work with them.
I could tell you all about the meaning and thought and reason behind it and go into detail... But I don't wanna bore you guys, so heres another picture I took after today's shower. Such an awkward place to photograph, haha!
Also, rebleached my hair again - almost at my goal of having brown-to-white ombre!
In arty news, I managed to get my hands on a good quality SLR for the day to get some shots of recent pieces... Means I got a much better photo of the AnnaLee painting!
I also shot some other recent works:
I'm planning on opening an etsy shop sometime in the next few weeks, but if you're wanting to own any of these and want to get in before the shop opens, message me!
I've also been doing some smaller, fun sets of images for the etsy shop
First in a set of two, of Venom:
The silver paint on these actually look really cool
And first in a set of 4, of Lass as a femme fetale from a 1950's gangster movie. Just cause.
Whilst I had the camera I wanted to take full advantage, and shoot some reference shots for my next paintings - and they actually came out really nicely!
And of course, we took some just for the fun of it. (Lots of which won't see the light of day, hopefully... Many derpy faces!)
Hmm, what else?
Well, I've been enjoying the massive heatwave that England's been having. Too damn busy to get out and really enjoy it, but I've loved being able to lounge around in various states of undress!
I tried again to detox from caffeine... and if you're wondering how that went...
And photoshop broke on my computer, which led me to discover filter apps.
And with that... My head is pounding and I have work tomorrow (as always); so I'm gonna call it a night and hit the sheets. Til next time, SG! Stay safe and happy
