Feels like ages since the last post... Just over a week ago. :')

I haven't really taken as many photos as usual, so I don't really feel like I have that much to talk about; but I have been getting a ton of art done lately. Might be the less hours at work, or less sleep, or more coffee... Whatever it is, it's great. My hours go crazy at work again next week but hopefully I can keep this momentum going.

(I'd have more to show, but my scanners just decided to break on me, so...) Here's (some of) what I've been up to.

Finally finished these, which have dragged on way too long...

A christmas present; 8 miniature canvases on the pack of cards kinda theme. I definitely do not prefer working this small, so fiddly. I'm really excited to work on something that isn't these, seriously.

I said I wouldn't do any more SucideGirls fan art for a while whilst I work on other stuff... Then I saw Cendres set Rainbow Ghost and couldn't resist at least a little sketching... :')



Such a beautiful set, the way the light plays in it is gorgeous. It deserves more attention so you should all go give it some love.

I'm still spending a lot of time in my sketchbook lately; it's incredibly therapeutic. The sketchbook itself is annoying me more and more though, crappy quality paper... If it wasn't a gift I wouldn't have used it in the first place and I can't quit a book halfway through.
Ahh well, only 38 pages to fill... And they're filling up quickly...





Spending the rest of the week finishing stuff off, so hopefully by the weekend I can start working on some big portfolio pieces again... Excited. :')

Oh, and I recently got convinced to reactivate my twitter account.. Not sure how long I'm gonna stick around this time, but it'll probably be a lot longer if my account isn't so lonely. So you should add me, or follow me, or whatever you do on there.
