Still at the parents place but we found a duplex close by that has the space we need for the price we want. The place is really old (i like) but has a bad smell (i don't like). The land lord is a old hippy and he says hes going to paint the walls and put new carpet in. That should take of the smell. My future roommates have this thing about smells but even they think the smell wont be there long after they move in. One of my future roommates Josh stopped by the house a few days ago and said the paint job hes doing is crappy. Thats not a big issue because we have already talked about possibly repainting over what ever he does anyway. It wouldn't be anything crazy but we were sure that we could paint better than the old hippy. So far it seems true. The old hippy seems cool. He told us that as long as the cops don't give him heat and the neighbor doesn't complain, he doesn't care what we do.
Another good thing is I have my money for where ever we move already cashed out. Josh does not. Hes relying on his tax check to do pay. He only has until the end of next month. Hes making me nervous.
