Pro: While I don't yet have a visible six-pack, the layer of body fat over my stomach is thin enough that I can see the creases my muscles are making under there. I know where they are, I know they exist, and I look forward to one day letting everyone see them.
Con: Without an appreciable amount of stomach fat, I can no longer sleep on my stomach comfortably (as what cushion I had is mostly gone). While this wouldn't normally be an issue, I sunburned the shit out of my back on Saturday, and needless to say, trying to sleep has been challenging.
Also, apologies for not being especially active here and not commenting much on people's posts lately. Been going through some stuff, but by the looks of it, several of you are as well. Hopefully (like my sunburn) it's only temporary, and gets better for all of us.
