So I decided to start calorie counting everything I eat for a week, starting on Saturday. I want to get a good idea of how many calories I actually consume on average if left to my own devices.
While my body's attempt at becoming a DadBod is actively being thwarted, and I'm in good enough shape from regular gym activity that I'm starting to feel healthy, strong, and decent looking again, I still have love handles and a bit of a belly I'm anxious to be rid of, and creating a small calorie deficit is probably the best way I can do that.
The results so far are interesting, and I'm glad there's so many recipes available online for the things my girlfriend makes. It definitely helps figure things out more easily.
