In the last few years my body has been gradually morphing towards Dad Bod shape, and I fucking hate it (my sexy pirate profile is a few years out of date). I don't like how it looks, and I hate how it feels. I feel so... heavy... and weak... and feel like I've got a tire underneath my chin.
Have I been working out or exercising? Of course not! Have I been eating healthy? Kinda sometimes, but not as much as I should be. Is it all my fault I'm in this state? Of course it is! Still absolutely fucking hate it though.
Gym membership tomorrow.
