...in the space of a few months.
Since I shot my last SG I have lost almost 5kg in weight and have gained some muscle tone.
I wasn't all that happy with my body, so a year ago (when I was 16kg heavier than I am now) I decided to start eating more healthily and exercising.
I've experimented with different diets but I found one that suited and worked for me shortly after I shot my final SG set.
It's been a long, slow journey and I'm not where I want to be yet but I'm starting to love my body again.
I've been more successful this time with diet and exercise because I didn't rush things or "starved" myself. I've allowed myself time to see results which has in turn made the weight stay off and also maintain a steady fitness level.
I've never going to be a stick figure. I have always had a big bum and thighs mostly because of the sport I did when I was in school (I was a sprinter, I have a power butt), and I like it. But I did put on a lot of weight and not only did I not like what I saw in the mirror, I DID NOT feel healthy, I felt sick all the time because I was just eating crap food. I'm so happy with the changes I've made and been able to stick to this time.
Anyway, my LAST Suicide Girls set is out in less than 2 days now. It's crazy how fast the time has gone isn't it?
