Happy First Day Of Spring!

Dunkin' Donuts has free iced coffees all day to celebrate, I'm thinking caramel cinnamon and I'm stoked! haha.
After the crazy sleet/snow storm that hit the East Coast last weekend, I'm more than ready for Spring and warm temps.

Aside from free iced coffee, the change of seasons is always inspiring for me to make personal improvements big or small. I did a cleanse recently and felt really great after, now I just have to stay on track and avoid pizza and beer... well, at least pizza I've been thinking about getting back into meditation or taking a yoga class. I definitely get a workout from drumming, but I'm really interested in how yoga or that sort of thing could work different muscles and be a whole different kind of workout. Any yogis out there?

By the way, for those of you in the Philly area, check this out. If you're not in the Philly area, be awesome and pretend you're coming anyway because that would be super sweet!!!
