Everything was what it seems
Now Ive fallen on my knees
Now Im crawling on my hands
Now Im grovelling, begging please
Now Im alone I have no friends.

I thought I knew you
I worshipped the air you breathed
I kissed your footsteps on the floor
What are you doing now
That sneer on your face
Why to you I must bow
Dont look at me with disgrace

What did I do now?
What did I do wrong?
Was it really my fault?
That you knew all along?

Ive fallen beyond his pedestal
No more in his grace
Have your laugh
Smile all you want
Wait till I get back
