i have been doing a fair nit of baking lately it's been so nice to experiment and expand m horizons. today i even took a shot at making bagels
though my food doesn't always look amazing, it does taste good.

first off it was dirt and worms cupcakes, which looked and tasted great.

the same night i made strawberry cupcakes with toasted marshmallow meringue frosting
now, i'm not a fan of strawberry cake, but the frosting was great. in fact i think i will be using it on a smore's cupcake soon

next was a pancake cupcake with crumbled sausage in the batter, a maple cream cheese frosting and crumbled bacon on top. sadly i didn't think about the need to refrigerate these puppies and they went bad. i heard they were great though

and today there was bagels


i think the next thing i do will either be smore's cupcakes or this cheesecake:
