Okay, so I went to the clinic up the street, waited for an hour or so and then got in to see a doctor.
She said that I should be fine. There isn't really anything that can be done about it, unless i'm in agony, doubled over in pain. She gave me an x-ray referal so that i can go get an x-ray tomorrow just to make sure that it's not stuck inside me.
Thank you all so much for your advice and concern.
I'm still in a lot of pain, but nothing a good breakfast and a cigarette can't cure.
Hashbrowns and tofu scramble anyone?!
