thanks to everyone who crossed their fingers... and the few who sacrificed animals. i got a call this afternoon and i'm all set. apparently they had to run the mortgage through as if the cottage would be my second home... lol. whatever, i don't care, it worked! so when they called this afternoon i also locked in my fixed interest rate... which means i'll get the commitment papers in the mail soon. should only e about a month or so and i will officially own the place.

now i have to start thinking about what color i want to paint the outside... that crappy bllue has got to go. so many cool things i can do once i move in... really fucking excited! oh, and don't forget there will be a housewarming/beach party at some point too.
