Its been that long since I did an update and I have been that busy. Some more bad shit, this time at wrok from a direction I did not expect but I just got to live with it in the new year.
Merry Christmas to all my loyal reader. I have spent the day constructing a scooter, a train set (with 2 extensions), a doll... Read More

I have settled down a bit today so best to move on to a new entry. I feel not anger but chagrin when I depart from the philosophy of Stoicism which has worked for me so far. And I can't believe how anal I was to try to cry and spell check at the same time.

Sorry I haven't been around much lately. Trials (as usual these days) with no. 9 for the year on Monday. I've cancelled New Zealand which was an emotional struggle but the fight decision in the long run, I hope.
Looking forward to more juvenile wish fulfillment with Medieval 2 on Thursday 16 November.

Busy (as usual for this year) with trials. 2 more next week and another 3 before the end of the year, including 1 on Christmas Eve.
Cheryl's blood works are holding up although the cancer enzyme markers are not down as much as we hoped. I suggested a big party for her 39th... Read More
Trial 3 feel over after the late disclosure of a psych report by the opposition and Trial 4 settled after the first day half through the plaintiff's X exam.

Work is still flat out but all of the prep over the last 2 months is paying off.
I was actually bordering on depression on the 29/30 July weekend because I thought I had completely fucked up a trial but then on Monday the other side admitted the evidence wasn't genuine and it was game on again.
