...I'm so happy. I finished my 10 page senior rough draft, the newspaper and magazine And I just got my monthly bible.
That being "Nylon" magazine. (For those who don't know I consider Edie Sedgwick to be God which I would also consider the main muse behind "Nylon" magazine). This issue is definitely better then the last. Last issue the articles were shorter and not as interesting.
I also went to the hospital today to see my therapist, or psychiatrist...one of the two. I'm feeling better. I'm still struggling with weight issues but I'm getting better. There are days where I'm really depressed...
I also stayed after school to help art club and next week on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday I will be at my school all three days creating pieces of art on the ground with chalk. I'm excited. Drawing is something that will calm me down. And this Thursday I'm going to see a play my friends are in at my school and get an eyebrow wax.
Saturday I will be job hunting all throughout North park and Hillcrest. I'm hoping to get a job at "Rags" which is this kick ass small thrift store. I also need to write more fucking stories and my last article for this school and perfecting my research paper. I hate fucking senior issue for journalism. I hate this school so its a bit hard to write an article specifically about this place.
Next week I'm at the museum of photographic arts with a friend, then my friends house the next weekend. That reminds me...I need to get a swim suit. I'll hopefully get one soon at American Apparel.
anyway...This is the comment I left for Nylon. I hope they post it in the next magazine issue
Dear Nylon,
You are my monthly bible. I worship every story and I pray for more incredible issues to come, which most likely will happen.
Thank you for inspiring me to be...me. I appreciate how you guys are always pioneering for real beauty and creativity, unlike some corporate magazines that tell women what they "should" be like. This magazine perfectly describes me and my style, attitude and look on life. You guys have influenced me to be creative and experiment...and to wear the Lame Leggings I bought from American Apparel as pants.
P.S. Does Nylon have a suicide girls account?
