Sunday!! Party!! Luau!!
Well, last night my two BFF's spent the night and helped me get ready for today's luau. Well, at least they helped me drink up my rum while I cooked!!
Its nice to have them here. I had a little slumber party. I love having my girlfriends spending the night. Thare is something youthfull about it and Ill never grow out of it. My pool was freezing but once we got used to it it was really nice. It didn'r take long for the rum to say...lets take off our bathing suits. 
Ahhh I love my life, I swear I have the best things happen to me. I don't drink...never have , and I certinally don't need alcohol to take my clothes off.
Gotta get busy, making pulled pork, pigs n blankets( daughters favorite) deviled eggs, mexican dip ( not authenic luau food) and frying a turkey. I have cake with cream cheese icing!! I made chocolate cookies, fruit, veggies and what ever my friends bring
Made everything but the pork and turkey. Gotta get cracking!! Making a bizzilion fuzzy navels!! (the kids are 20 and 21) so they dont need real alcohol which is available and we have 4 designated drivers for all day. No dui's coming from my house. Whew!! its hard to be a mom. I have a car key bowl and a very big man keeping control of that. I even have security working the parking outside.(thats what you get when you marry a biker club ) Soooooo, you wont read about it in the paper tomorrow!!
Wish me luck. Maybe Ill have time to swim!!
