Well.....today is not a terribly exciting day....yet.Its still early I do suppose anything can happen. Especially in my day.
I had a client say something to me yesterday that offended me. She started with... I know what kind of person you are BS. I hate when people try to tell you they know you and don't have a clue as to who you really are. These are the people I try to not keep around . This is the reason I closed my salon and spa and just have the perfect sized salon alone with no headaches. A place where my people can come and relax and get a little Viki advice.Or just spill their feelings, because that's what a salon is for. Beauty and releasing your anguish and having time for other people. Sometimes people come by and interrupt that system and I am weeding through them.
I mean should I have to put up with clients treating me badly ?? I know she is a miserable person but Ive been trying to help her feel better about herself. Misery loves company, I'm just not the type to dump a client. I have better business ethics. If it were in a store shopping or something it would be different but in my shop?? I try to always remain adult.
I think my adult self is going to find a way to fire her today!! I try to never let anything get to me...but once in a while someone comes along and ruins a perfectly shiny pink day!!
My business has been built on many wonderful clients that grace my presence.I offer a secure quiet environment that you can unleash your deepest secrets or we can play and dance till the midnight hour...
all of which can be a fun filed day.
