well i did what i have set out to accomplish this evening. 
i wrote about 2 1/2 chapters of my book, and it looks like its gonna be ready to go to the next one pretty soon. time to get ready for watch, and stand on the quarterdeck looking stupid till midnight. 
i really hate this part of the military, but hey its a living, right? well its been pretty good for a duty day. got my first reply on to this journal 
, a couple chapters tagged onto my book, and a long, boring watch ahead of me... oh well what will be will be i suppose... have fun
